For INSIGHT: Windows 2000 Server for all servers MSDE (Included) or MS-SQL 2000 Standard (MS-SQL recommended) for Database server. For INSIGHT E-Commerce: Windows 2000 Server for Application and Database server Windows 2000 Server with Internet Connector for Web server Internet Information Server 5.0 (IIS) for Web server MSDE (Included) or MS-SQL 2000 Standard with Processor Licensing (MS-SQL recommended).

Network Configuration

Local Area Network: TCP/IP Protocol Enabled 100BaseT Hub/switch supplying direct Cat-5 cabling connections to each workstation. Wide Area Network and Remote Configurations: TCP/IP connectivity to Windows Terminal Server or Citrix MetaFrame or other Remote/Host solutions such as Symantec pcAnywhere. Although not recommended, Everest can operate as a remote thin client for certain low volume remote transactions. (Requires unrestricted TCP/IP connectivity to Server). Other licensing requirements may apply.
