SIE Lab

A collaboration platform

SIE Lab creates an open, collaborative platform based on a unique partnership between Codea, our leading enterprise customers, and promising start-ups globally. While legacy enterprises have traditionally been slow to innovate, start-ups are fast and lissome but lack scale and distribution. Codea recognizes this void within the ecosystem and bridges this gap by bringing trust, deep understanding, and distribution, thereby serving as the conduit of change for tomorrow.

The Co-Creation Hub formulates custom-built, proof of concept solutions - creating prototypes and piloting disruptive Along SIE inspired services for strategic clients using a three-step, end-to-end plan:

Scoping

Define complementary and disruptive solutions, pinpoint the end customer’s needs that require solutions from the client.

Resourcing

Determine the effort required and the roles that will be played at different stages. It will consider the appropriate joint architecture, start-ups to partner with, solutions to be used for each client, access to such solutions, and finding the right domain.

Executing

Best practices and execution guidelines are made available. These cover ideation, team initiation, business development, requirement collection, project definition, knowledge brokering, application/demo developments coming, solution design, timeline planning, resource allocation, deliverable publications, and go-to-market enablement.
